Fabricate and weld various things for Tyson Foods. Materials ranging from 16 gauge sheet metal to pipe. Stainless steel and Carbon steel both.

Demonstrated proficiency in TIG welding, consistently delivering high-quality welds.

Mig weld and Arc weld some as well

Use Plasma Cutter when necessary.

Use manual Milling Machine occasionally.

Precisely lay out and fabricate parts.

• Fabricated metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques.

• Operate Manual Lathe and Mill to build various types of shafts
• Maintain a clean working area
• Order materials from supply houses
• Use Autocad to draw and interpret prints

• Fabricated and welded pipe systems according to specifications and blueprints.
• Build and install piping systems for thermal fluid boiler systems
• Work under very high pressure situations and deadlines
• Work in very hot environments and in weather
• Use various types of lifts to install pipe

• Prep pistols after gunsmiths built them
• Use files and many different sanding tools to remove all marks and blemishes
• Use dyno Brader to remove parts of frame and slide per company specs
• Meet quota given per company specs
• Seek knowledge from coworkers to grow myself
