I collaborated with team members to ensure a smooth service flow. I greeted guests and gathered information to seat groups or place them on the waitlist. waitlist. As well as maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area, including wiping down tables and chairs.

I also handled customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

For two years in a row I volunteered at Louisville Highschool's Annual Fundraising Gala where I checked in guests, took credit card information for the auction, served drinks to the guests, waited tables, and brought out prices for the auction winners.

I helped build houses for veterans who served in the military. I learned how to paint walls and caulk broken cracks. Habitat for Humanity works to provide affordable housing for veterans and gives the opportunity to low-income veterans to live in an affordable safe homes, which I was proud to be apart of.

I was a Camp Counselor at Camp Lakota for a three day weekend, where I was in charge of six girls in the age group of 8-10. I was their role model and learned leadership skills.
