Background

I was born in Yakima, WA. At the time my parents were missionaries, although we didn't travel around too much. At age 1 my family moved to Cheney, WA. It is here that I began a lifetime goal of becoming a firefighter. My dad became the pastor of a local church in 2019. That gave me unlimited possibilities of ways to serve the surrounding community, which I took advantage of. In 2024, I did my first ride along with fire department which sparked my interest in the fire service even more. In 2025, I found the school that I had been meant to go to all along, Spokane Valley Tech. I now attend there and am very excited to begin the fire science program next year!
