I worked for 25 years in hospitality in Brazil, with experience in operations, management, implementations, and team training. My last job in Brazil was helping hospitality hire the right people for the right place and making them more productive to reduce turnover using behavioral tools. I am a behavioral analyst. Three years ago, I decided to move to the United States, and today I am starting my career in hospitality. I continue to improve my English to have better opportunities, and being at a hotel desk helps me a lot to achieve this goal.
