Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Professional experienced in high-growth, high-volume full-cycle recruiting as well as designing, leading, and executing employee engagement and DEI programs, activities, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals, culture and business strategy.
- Lead and contribute to a variety of prioritized projects related to DEI within Credera, ranging from recruiting and retention-related efforts to learning and development initiatives to communications and overall DEI strategy.
- Provide ongoing guidance to ERGs to facilitate their effectiveness and serve as regular point of contact to coordinate collaborative efforts across ERGs and other parts of Credera.
- Develop and lead educational and other developmental training programs and serve as a facilitator for DEI-related conversations and activities.
- Maintain DEI branding and messaging across all programs and client events with Marketing Team and other firm functions.
- Design & develop trainings to inspire change in behavior related to being an inclusive teammate and leader. Topics include Unconscious Bias, Microaggressions in the workplace, Inclusive Leadership, Recruiting & managing diverse teams.
