  • Psychological Safety Assessment (external client). Currently working with an external client to assess the current state of psychological safety within their organization. This includes research and assessment of the company's history data to identify themes and insights related to the subject. We will then proceed with a current psych. safety analysis as well as recommendations to help mitigate any identified gaps and improve psychological safety.
  • Partnered with internal team to cultivate an Employee Engagement and Culture framework - thinking through the employee life cycle (from acquisition to onboarding, training/development, performance expectations and management etc) and what employees need to have be engaged and empowered to be successful throughout their lifecycle at x firm.
  • Partnered with internal team to manage the adoption of a new product. We identified where there was a gap in adoption of the new tool and the steps needed to inspire change of behavior as well as adoption of the new system.

- Maintain DEI branding and messaging across all programs and client events with Marketing Team and other firm functions.

- Design & develop trainings to inspire change in behavior related to being an inclusive teammate and leader. Topics include Unconscious Bias, Microaggressions in the workplace, Inclusive Leadership, Recruiting & managing diverse teams.
