WHERE I'M GOING

Capitalizing on years of experience; working as the CEO and owner of Simple Simon’s Handyman Services, an Executive-Assistant with Breiwick Companies, and mastering Inside sales, with Groebner Inc. I am seeking to transition full time to a corporate PM/Admin Professional position, that will drive a company and it's team to record breaking success.

With a BFA and further certifications from Cornell in Project Management and the diverse exposure to all parts of business as an owner, I come with a unique set of traits that has catapulted me into success. I have spent the last decade honing skills in operations, sales, hiring, strategic planning, coordination, development, training, facilitation, and other multi-industry proficiencies, that have enabled me to launch a successful business, but also handle diverse and dynamic projects and deliverables with ease.

CURRENTLY

I am a property manager and business owner responsible for budgets and negotiations, establishing timelines, deliverables for clients, delegation, follow through, progress updates, quality control, finance, and more. As a leader, I give precedence to foresight, over-delivering, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the client feels understood and supported. I bring a very unique blend of creativity, industry experience, leadership skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, and am most successful when I am balancing these priorities simultaneously.

PRE-CORPORATE WORK

A former professional dancer, director, and choreographer, I have traveled the world and worked with a vast variety of individuals. This experience has prepared me to work with people of all different backgrounds, varied communication styles, weaknesses and strengths. I quickly became aware of my ability to work both alongside and in formal leadership capacities with great success; my time working in the creative arts and also food service industry management is also invaluable with respect to roots of how I approach, teach, and cascade deliverables to others to accomplish a common goal.
