Through my experience as a soccer referee, I have developed strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. I effectively managed the flow of the game, ensured player safety, and upheld fairness while maintaining clear communication with players, coaches, and fellow officials. This role honed my ability to make quick, confident decisions, and resolve issues with professionalism, adaptability, and composure.
Volunteer work and Community Service:
Jewish Teen Foundation of the Jewish Community Foundation: August 2022- Present JTF attracts a diverse group of Jewish high school teens from San Diego County who are committed to making a difference in their community through philanthropy. During this school-year program we meets one Sunday per month. I learned how to collaborate in teams, have constructive discourse, evaluate grants like a pro, have public speaking opportunities, and develop leadership skills that will stay with me through college and beyond.
National League of Young Men: May 2022-Present
Volunteer program that promotes the development of young men into community leaders through leadership involvement, charitable and community service, cultural experiences, and protocol education. I have been involved since my 9th grade year. During my time in the organization I have held several leadership roles- Vice President of the 10th grade class and I am currently the Parliamentarian of the 11th grade class.
