Analyzed job order data pulled from various Vendor Management Systems(VMS). Identified and highlighted market trends to provide strategic feedback to recruitment teams in an efforts to improve conversion rates. Responsible for auditing both submission packets and traveler contracts. After auditing submission packets I would submitted travelers through VMS portals.

Utilized a multitude of data base resources to reach out to both active and passive travel nurses. Curating a strategic pipeline of candidates through interpersonal skills and negotiation. I would take into account to not only to meet gross profit goals but to also aide in elevating the companies client tear status. Once securing the traveler a position, I would pivot into being a liaison between our internal compliance department. This helped ensure the nurse is compliant, aware of first day instructions and ready to go before traveler starts their assignment.
