  • Supported preparation of documentation packets and liaised across teams to confirm bookings, transportation times, and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP), Port of Entry SOPs, and RMI, as well as the ability to remain professional, impartial, and unbiased during all interactions with refugees, SIV-holders, and colleagues per the IOM Code of Conduct and instruction on the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).
