• 01/01/2021, Nike Maxim Award - Win As A Team, COVID 19 Supply Chain Resilience and Planning Innovation When Vietnam factories closed and production was limited due to COVID-19, a special cross-functional teams worked to accelerate innovation in demand and supply planning, mitigate risk and make decisions quickly, to ensure Nike could continue serving consumers with the products they wanted, when and where they wanted them. The team worked closely with manufacturing suppliers across multiple countries to navigate complex requirements and labor constraints to get production back online and keep factories running.
• 01/01/2011, Levi Strauss and Co. Haas Award, Award honors exceptional, innovative achievements that advance the company's commercial, social and environmental sustainability goals. Established the project team that strategically collaborated with European Brand, H&M, to make a highly controversial decision to prohibit sandblasting, a common, but hazardous practice.
• 01/01/1996, Liberty Mutual's Chairman Award, Highest award given to employees and recognizes exceptional contribution to the success of the company. Developed an excel-based macro program that sorted raw data into easy-to-read reports. The program was used company-wide by field consultants.
