Responsible for the Projects related to sequence received from Mercedes Benz in IRS (MES system) in Line side picking process for Door assembly that includes Map Pocket,Midfield,Main Panel,Arm rest and Belt Line for V,X,C,AMG and Maybach(Pre MOPF)
Responsibilities:
To implement and ensure the process availability and feasibility for the new product by creating the routing in ERP,setting the Operation sequence for the General,Secure,Screws,Sub assembly,Packing items,setting back flushing locations for each item,verification of EBOM,Merlin,writing work instruction,creating an system to maintain 2 bin,kanban,capacity,layout analysis,designing dashboard through IDEA intelliIJ,Tableau,line balancing,Value Stream Mapping,Cost benefit analysis for the equipment procurement,developing and validating the assembly through test executables.
Achievements:
• Implemented the single piece flow system by using the sliding roller gravity sliding system,relayout,setup time reduction and increased Units Per Hour from 10 to 22 by video study(MOST,MODAPTS) ,line balancing,Value stream mapping in the bottlenecks such as flashing Solid State Drives(SSD) M.2,NVMe,PCIe,RAID in server line,Testing of units.
• Developed a Production data analytics dashboard in Tableau 10.5 to track the daily output,16 major losses,efficiency,work content per manpower in Point Of Sales line.
• Implemented the build tracker to track the daily out put to fetch the data in velocity,volume,variety of data in to the database.
• Created location in the ERP in the material warehouse,and reduced the cycle count team frequency by defining the process in supply chain material movement.

To automate and eliminate the manual non value added activity in the supply chain inventory control team through automated reports by fetching data using SQL, adding data insights through Visual Tableau and SQL server report builder (SSRS) and Automatic staging of FOUP through Manufacturing Execution systems(MES).
Achievements:
ECN Voltage Toggle report:
• Developed an Automated web based report through MY SQL Server Management studio and Tableau 10.5 for the implementation of ECN in voltage attribute level (F01 Level) for TILT process. This report designed for getting the real time values from the database helpful for the implementation of RAPID RESPONSE in KLARITY cloud based software to measure the supply chain revenue in dollars.
• ECN Voltage toggle report used for estimating the WIP in voltage attribute wise based upon the lot which has tracked out of the particular step and the correlation item description for particular design id available in the FAB and Probe.
• ECN Voltage report reduced the non value added activity by looking the quantity in data navigator based upon the voltage level every time for each Design Id against every workweek and has intangible benefit of reduced human fatigue .
• Each week target is uploaded as TSV file in the database updates the new record based upon the current workweek so that it is easy to compare the WIP available against the work week target.
AQL Cum delta Report:
• Developed a AQL cum delta report in Tableau 10.5 to visualize the comparison with target, shipped, In range and cumulative delta of wafer level and die level based upon the selection from the user option such as financial quarter, workweek, technology node and the Design id.
• Developed a stored procedure in the database so that AQL cum delta report will show which work week the design id will catch up and the outcome displayed pictorially in Die level and Wafer level for forecasting.
PSPT Probe ship report with Step to trigger:
• Developed a probe ship part type report in SQL Server Report Builder (SSRS) which step of the fab for a design id it has to hit the weekly target.
AQL/ACCT Plan based Push Pull Report:
• Developed a Tableau 10.5 based report to estimate the number of push and pull against the AQL Plan for a design id based upon the CCB from the FNT team.
PSPT level Cum Delta report:
• Developed a Model water fall chart in Tableau 10.5 based report to estimate the cumulative delta in PSPT level to address and enhance the communication
to GSM and to meet the Automotive customer demand.

•Acquainted about wafer starts by considering the static and dynamic constraints in the fab for the effective projection management in DID and PSPT level .

Lean Methodology:
• Implemented Lean principles such as JIT,Kanban,eliminating 7 wastes(Transportation,inventory,motion,waiting,overproduction,over processing,defects) and Ergonomics therbligs principles of motion for optimizing the availability,efficiency,utilization by maintaining the Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) of the machine .
Quality good catch:
•Virtual lot counted in T66A DID while calculating the WIP in datanavigator OISR case raised and the defect got fixed .
Responsibilities:
To introduce the cost effective filtration methods by mitigating the frequency of oil change by doing drill down data analysis on on shore rig hydraulic components and to redesign the hydraulic circuit and its components through DFMEA and SOLIDWORKS.
Achievements:
• Introduced filtration system for hydraulic onshore rig and done cost benefit analysis for introducing the filtration system in which oil contaminated through particulate matter, Water ingression and mineral contaminants .
• Redesigned the walking mechanism for hydraulic rig as a material cost reduction project proposal using SCAMPER tool.
• Acquainted with PROMPT Software. Outsourced Oil filtration systems from Applied energy services, Power fluid systems, Womack (Supply chain Management).

• Supervised Post Painting Assembly of JOHNDEERE CAB Tractors and FT4 Tractors to R4 region USA and R2 region Europe Market.
• Analyzed the Data and taken the time saving measures to setup a Cycle Time at Wplanner for Time Study and Line Balancing.
• Improved Quality FPY from 65% to 85 % in region -2 Europe Market by giving suitable specification to design to manage the tolerance limit.

To ensure arrival of shipments on time through sea and air freights and to ensure proper stacking of HVAC component material as per bill of material part number in SAP through 3C(Constant location,quantity,Quality) approach.
Achievements:

• Worked with the vendor M/s Levergent technologies to introduced system based capacity planning ERP software through SQL query by giving the inputs to the system the total through put time for the Particular model is predetermined .
• Introduced Nagare Cell in Gear Box Assembly that has impacted production of 70 trs per shift to 110 tractors per shift by doing drill down analysis on each stage of assembly .
• Optimized and streamlined the Flow System to reduce the variation in planning through Vision based Poka Yoke System to avoid the correct usage of part number for the particular model that has reduced the system Bill of material variation from 20% to 1 % .
• Done a statistical analysis using DMAIC approach to reduce the rectification time of the tractor from the lead time of 4 hrs to 1 hr.
• Managed the project with in the budget by introducing the front axle pressing machine defects during the development stage through design changes in PLC and validated the machine Cp and Cpk. Introduced Just in time(JIT) and Kanban based concept in the tyre assembly process to minimize the inventory.
• Coordinated alpha and beta build for a new product tractor for BX200 higher HP tractor to AGCO by ensuring the BOM,Procurement of parts from the supplier plan for every part,TUV certification,IATF 16949 requirement ,Line Feasibility,storage feasibility,Cost benefit analysis for the procurement of ATLAS Capco DC nut runner,modified overhead conveyor chain to with stand the load in Stop and GO Conveyor.
Responsibilities:
Worked for Production planning and control for a Steering Box Manufacturing company joint venture with TRW USA handled Variants for Passenger Cars, Multi Utility Vehicle, Heavy Commercial Vehicle by releasing the Work order as per the dynamic schedule in SAP for both inhouse and Subcontracting. Done feasibility analysis for the new product in Machine shop and as well as in Final Assembly along with CAPEX Budgeting.
Achievements:
• Reduced Variation in plan vs Actual in production schedule adherence from 85% to 95 % in compliance with the Multimodel Mix.
• Done time study using MOST technique and redesigned the fixture using SMED Concept (Changeover optimization)to increase the inhouse capacity from the cycle time of 10 min to 7 min 33 Sec by eliminating the Non value added Activity .
• Optimized the shaft and roller bearing size using Design of experiments(DOE) and changed the dimensions on the control plan in compliance with IATF 16949.
• Done a Value Engineering analysis on rack piston assembly with function by cost by the conversion of Bar to forged piston
