Under the direction of the BMOD Management, as a BMOD Instructor, gained my experience since February 2017, in which I would work in group settings with clients who have behavioral issues in various job environments either at on-site or off-site locations that may last more than one day. I would also handle various types of behaviors and work within a team setting to handle behavioral incidents.
Under the direction of the Transportation Supervisor and Dispatch Coordinator, as a Bus Driver I would transport adults with developmental disabilities to and from Desert Arc facilities and other assigned locations. I would follow a preplanned route according to a definite time schedule. I would regulate heating equipment and ventilation of bus for comfort of passengers. I'm responsible for the safety of the passengers in loading and unloading and transportation to and from destinations. I also, would keep my bus clean by ensuring that the bus is free of debris and odors, inspect bus before starting each route for such things as water, gas, oil, and mechanical conditions etc. and must inspect the bus inside and out after each route. I also, will keep operational records and report any defects or problems to my supervisor before starting my route. I'm currently a Back-Up Bus Driver and drive as needed.

Under the direction of Team Supervisor or Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts, the TBS Worker provides one-on-one support and behavioral interventions to a child/youth receiving Therapeutic Behavioral Services. The TBS Worker works with members of the Service Team on an as-needed basis to support continuing progress toward the consumer’s behavioral goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assembles the TBS Service Team comprised of the consumer, consumer’s adult caregivers (birth family, foster family, residential staff), and other adults or professional service providers involved in the consumer’s care. · Convenes the Service Team in a planning meeting to develop the TBS Service Plan. · Meets and/or supports members of the Service Team on an as-needed basis to provide education and support when necessary and to evaluate/refine the Service Plan. · Meets with the consumer according to the weekly schedule and delivers interventions according to the consumer’s TBS Service Plan. · Plans and implements individual and group activities that encourage the consumer’s social and emotional growth. · Completes all documentation in accordance with Department of Mental Health and Pacific Clinics guidelines. · Turns in all progress notes within 2 to three business days of the time of service delivery. · Consults on an as-needed basis with the Team Leader regarding service delivery. · Attends individual supervision 1-hour per week and group supervision 2 hours per week every other week. · Submits monthly schedule of available hours and weekly schedule of visits. · Maintains professional and ethical behavior at all times, appropriately representing Pacific Clinics, its mission and philosophy. · Develops and enriches a working knowledge of behavioral analysis, behavioral modification techniques, crisis intervention, and other techniques as they to work with the consumer. Under the direction of the Principal/Special Education Department, as a Health Instructional Aide assisted assigned personnel in the supervision of students with special needs as assigned ages 3-22, (PreK-Adult Transition Program within the RSP, SDC, ED, SH settings); perform specialized physical health care procedures for students with special needs in compliance with medical orders and under the training and direction of the Registered Nurse; assists a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom environment; performs routine clerical and classroom support duties as assigned.
