- Processed specialty feed liquids pumped with diaphragm pumps through direct inject nozzles into the Kiln and Secondary Combustion Chamber under PSM process.
- Handle paperwork and input what chemical liquid we process into excel spreadsheets.
- Performed and written Hot work permits and Entry permits.
- Performed daily inspections on our equipment such as box feed seals, windows, vent fans, pumps, valves, feed nozzles, fire suppression system, O2 and LEL analyzers and feed wands.
- Broke down and replaced hard line piping and temporary feed lines for our process.
- Occasionally help with outside CRT jobs in the unit.
- Skilled in LOTO procedures.
- Experience in operating forklift, 80 barrel, roll of truck, and front end loader.
Material Handler

- I handle material in our facility that goes to and from rack locations and transport them to designated areas in the plant for staging to be burned or shredded
- I receive and print pick lists for what material goes where, I then move them towards our low flash area, our regular waste area, or our X-1 conveyor area to be burned
- I also run a conveyor platform that feeds directly into our Kiln for burning
- I provide designated drums in a sequence of 4 per conveyor, including a cmix box we build to maximize the amount we can burn
- I utilize what I have to fill up a box while knowing what chemicals are compatible to help prevent a Carbon Monoxide exceedance with the amount of material I can feed without disrupting the process
- Other responsibilities for me would be getting suited up in a level B or level C suit and a respirator to open boxes from the roll-off trucks to be dumped into our regular waste or low flash pit.

- I am a Lead man on my crew of 8 which I oversee and coordinate how we will be processing joints of casing pipe through our rack
- I would receive reports on what joints we would do and what stencil information the customer wants on the joints, also we would clean and visual inspect on our connections to make sure they were how our quality policy states and then grease the connections and install protectors
- We also have many more responsibilities to make sure the joints were correct and ready to run before they were sent to the customer
- I have learned a lot about leadership skills and learning how to be patient when the time is right and getting jobs done correctly, safely and on time
- I am a certified first responder, certified 8k forklift operator, certified overhead crane operator, and a certified front end and backhoe loader for our facility.
