Summary

I've always loved working with people. I know it's cliche to say that, but something I have always truly enjoyed is being on the floor and and being as much of assistance as possible to make sure that the customer gets the best possible experience. In doing so, I've gotten to learn so much and meet people that otherwise I probably would have never gotten the opportunity to meet. I love working face-to-face with everyone as much as I can. Doing so creates an environment that is great for not only the customer, but with my coworkers as well. My goal, given the opportunity, is to continue to learn and grow so that I can be the best I can be for everyone I get the chance to be around so we can all succeed alongside each other.

  • Started as part of the Vehicle Detail Team in Columbus and in 2020 transferred to the Cincinnati store as the Detail Team Lead
  • This position involved bringing the Detail Team together and making sure that all expectations were being met, including making sure vehicles were perfect for the customers, managing supply inventory, staying on top of the delivery schedule, and talking with customers about any questions and concerns they may have to make sure they leave satisfied with their new vehicle
  • These skills lead to being trained to be a part of the Sales, Service Advisors, and Parts teams in 2021 and I rotated to any of these positions as needed
  • Being a part of all of these teams simultaneously provided a very unique perspective of being able to understand how all the different departments operate in conjunction with one another and helped with solving different challenges across the whole store

Fork Truck Operator

  • Operated a fork truck to fulfill orders for customers in a safe and timely manner
  • The orders either consist of full pallets of a single product or in many cases involve picking individual items and properly packaging said items to be ready to ship
  • Made sure to properly understand how to safely operate several variations of fork trucks and and making sure that all duties were done according to all of the proper standards to ensure a safe work environment
  • Coordinating with the truck yard to ensure that the trailers are at the correct dock and that everything is correct for the order and then properly loading all of the product onto the trailer
