As an Onsite Medical Representative(OMR) the biggest impact I have had is managing the care within the facility of 1000+ people. The role itself is seen as a leadership role involved with providing care to those injured at the work site. I also respond to all medical emergencies and will provide care to patient until transportation EMS arrives. Where patient hand off occurs.

I have served as a 68W for about 6 years. In those years I have been on an ambulance. Part of a infantry company providing aid/care to over 100 individuals at one time. This included maintaining medical readiness and preforming emergency medical care. Additionally in the last 3 years I have been acting senior medic of a company. I have three junior medics under me and provide them with experience/guidance as well as maintaining there EMT-B level training.
