- Within “The Third Year” of my involvement, the association was operating in the black with sufficient reserves – it required a total rebuild similar to the Oklahoma City Association of REALTORS project which I turned around and left with cash balances over a million dollars and net worth well in excess of 2.5 million.

- Responsible for the operations of the not-for-profit Association and created the Association's wholly owned, for-profit subsidiary that operated an in-house Multiple Listing Service, a Commercial Information Exchange, and an Appraisal Information Exchange.
- More than doubled the assets of the Association.
- Equipped, brought in telco lines and staffed to conduct Internet, information, communication, and training operations formerly contracted to outside entities.
- Recruited, motivated, empowered, and retained a highly competent, multi-disciplinary staff-team with emphasis on creativity, collaboration, career development, goal setting, and team building.
- Initiated many new services including “on-line” classes and training. Decreased member cost by making free what previously had been costly services.
- Promoted the success of leadership by providing executive vision, guidance and cooperation.
- Implemented two strategic business plan cycles with annual goals and objectives that drove the Association’s objective to be the 'Best in Class'.
- Activated the real estate community into a powerful and effective Broker Support Unit that provided regular and innovative input into the operations and direction of the association.
- Made significant progress in supporting the commercial real estate community at all levels and made commercial practitioners an integral part of the association’s decision-making process.
- Brought the organization from a technologically illiterate cultural environment to a fully supported, technologically sophisticated, business platform; utilizing a six-person, in-house, innovation team, capable of creating 'in-house' computer applications video productions and education programs while maintaining network, Internet and communication equipment allowing communication with and training of real estate professionals worldwide.
- Designed and implemented a successful international real estate initiative that brought Oklahoma State and local government, academia, and the business community together in a joint effort to promote Oklahoma as a global investment.
- Conceived and executed three successful annual international business symposiums that brought state and international leaders worldwide together that resulted in transactions being negotiated.
- Converted an existing antiquated office space into a state-of-the-art professional facility capable of supporting members both on and off-site through the Internet, offering a global conference system.
- Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS had approximately 3200 REALTOR members and serviced approximately 4500 MLS users, a consolidated annual budget of approximately $3 million.
