Summary

I am a Physician mom of two young kids and I look forward to finding meaning in the work I that do and the impact that I can make in the world outside of my own home. I chose the field of Geriatrics within medicine with this goal in mind. While I did find immense satisfaction in the clinical care services that I provided for my patients and families, I also found a new awareness of my innate leadership inclinations. It slowly became apparent to my team as well as self that where I succeed above all is through prioritization, interpersonal communication, attention to detail, conflict resolution, quality improvement, team building and collaborative encouragement abilities. I am motivated to learn, grow and excel in the non-profit industry.
