Culver Line Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) Project.

Project Scope: The project scope of work consists of the complete CBTC signal system overlay on NYCT’s Culver Line between West 8th Street and Church Avenue in the borough of Brooklyn, New York, including signal system modernization for the Avenue X and Ditmas Avenue interlocking, trackwork and construction of three relay room buildings.

• Applied problem-solving skills to resolve unexpected challenges that arose during ongoing projects swiftly and efficiently.
• Responsible for Daily /Weekly scheduling including 2-6 week look ahead schedule and Daily Access form.
• Worked alongside Senior engineer to publish Construction Submittals and RFI's and upload to Asite.
• Created material takeoffs + communicated with vendors to obtain Quotes for bulk materials.
• Worked on Completing Monthly Cost reports,Change orders and Labor Cost reports on JDE.

• Developed protocol for online team meeting and work sessions
• Documented Work Permits relating to Department of Buildings (DOB) Work Permits including building permits for new construction , Alterations or addition to existing structures.
• Submitted Work Permits relating to Department of Transportation (DOT) including temporary street closure permit , sidewalk Permits for sidewalk repair or installation and street opening permits for evacuation.
• using Adobe Photoshop to mockup Structural Plans.
• Supported project managers in monitoring project progress, maintaining up-to-date documentation and reports.
