My work experience has taught me patience and perseverance in the most difficult situations. My best work experience was at JFK HIGHSCHOOL in ISELIN where I not only got to work and learn but also dealt with our students on a daily basis in my opinion kids are your best tutors for they teach you patience, endurance and love. As an assistant teacher I learned how each individual child is different yet similar in some ways each one has a different outlook on life and how they interact and approach different scenarios. Although i do not have any formal training working as a teacher aide but i have been an active volunteer in my children's elementary school (MENLO PARK TERRACE 19), helping teachers in organizing class events, different activities for the students, helped students with assignments, help teachers on various class trips as well as school events that included snow dance, book fairs, fall festivals and lots more. This experience made me patient with the kids and i learned a lot from our young educators.
