- Perform DNA Extraction from specimens such as Blood or Bone Marrow via Qiagen EZ-1 Advanced XL
- Perform RNA Extraction in a manual procedure
- Bisulfite converted DNA was amplified by PCR
- Quantitative measurement of methylation was followed by Pyrosequencing analysis via PyroMark Q24 or PyroMark Q96

- CALR mutations were confirmed and determined by DNA Sequencing on the ABI 3130 Genetic Analyzer
- HCV via Next Generation Sequencing RNA from plasma was extracted using the Sentosa SX101
- Followed by emulsion PCR on the ST401i
- The ISPs are then enriched for sequencing on the Sentosa SQ301 Sequencer.
