    • Volunteered and assisted with the founding of the COVID department
    • Perform instrument correlation testing, accuracy, Intra, and Inter testing on instruments for validations

    • Performed various Molecular testing under CLIA standards, including but not limited to RNA Extraction, DNA Extraction, MLH1, MGMT, CALR, HCV via Next Generation Sequencing, HFE and CKIT
    • Perform DNA Extraction from specimens such as Blood or Bone Marrow via Qiagen EZ-1 Advanced XL
    • Perform RNA Extraction in a manual procedure
    • Bisulfite converted DNA was amplified by PCR
    • Quantitative measurement of methylation was followed by Pyrosequencing analysis via PyroMark Q24 or PyroMark Q96
    • Preparation of reagents for PCR master mix using buffer, MgCl, dNTP, primers, and Taq polymerase
    • Preparation of Positive controls
    • Identification of Possible CALR mutation via ABI 3730 Genetic Analyzer
    • CALR mutations were confirmed and determined by DNA Sequencing on the ABI 3130 Genetic Analyzer
    • HCV via Next Generation Sequencing RNA from plasma was extracted using the Sentosa SX101
    • Followed by emulsion PCR on the ST401i
    • The ISPs are then enriched for sequencing on the Sentosa SQ301 Sequencer.
