Starbucks was my first job starting out of high school. I quickly excel and learned to multitask and help customer as well as create an environment that was welcoming. From the start, I wanted to become a shift lead at Starbucks and keep learning and growing. I love the environment not only just at the store that I was working at but working at other locations and getting to see new faces. When I became a shift lead a year later, I knew I wanted to keep learning and growing. I currently work side-by-side with my store manager to make our store great and to continue showing customers and partners how amazing Starbucks is. Accomplishments
- When in high school, I organized a thrift store for student in my school who didn’t have money to go buy clothes. Parents would donate as well as teachers to the thrift store. Students would be able to come to the thrift store after school and get whatever they need. We ended up on the news and had tons of donations and still to this day it exists.
- I received the Anne Frank award in high school for helping out my community.
- A graduated as an honor student in high school and received a full scholarship to my now university.
