North America Cloud Infrastructure (March - December 2023)

• Managed the quarterly Cloud Consumption forecast, delivering precise updates weekly in a KPI schedule, crucial for forecast decision support for LOB executives.
• Conducted detailed variance analysis for the Cloud Consumption Forecast, meticulously comparing actuals, forecasts, and budgets to identify drivers of week-over-week variances.
• Spearheaded the team's transition from manual Excel reports to Data Visualization (DV) dashboards. Developed three executive-friendly dashboards, including one that offered clear visuals for the VP to track actuals vs. forecast during the EDF process. Another transformed ineffective data into meaningful analysis, empowering each sales region to analyze the correlation between its discounting practices and consumption growth.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (July 2022-March 2023)

• Drove the up-leveling and evolution of the Data Center Profitability Report, an executive-level document, providing accurate information and crucial decision support to line of business executives, including the CEO.
• Leveraged Oracle BI tools, specifically data visualization (DV), to create a robust EVP ETD report, enabling in-depth analysis for OCI teams to understand and track expense transaction details at quarter close.
• Became the trusted subject matter expert on data center reporting, communicating complex results to a variety of stakeholders in a simplified and concise manner.
• Built trust and synergies within the OCI team and collaborated cross-functionally across various Oracle teams, contributing to effective partnerships and establishing a network within the organization.

• Led team to 2020 Division 1 National Championship and 2020 West Conference Championship during pandemic
• 4-year starter for Division I program consistently ranked in top 20 nationally. Contributed to 57 total wins.
