At my current job I work with both adults and children. When I'm at the front of the building I work with adults; I make sure to greet everyone and keep a positive attitude. I think fast and efficiently when In a rush with limit staff. When I'm in the back In Kids Club I'm constantly checking on each kid making sure they are safe and having fun. I prioritize the safety of the children while letting them express themselves. I try and teach the kids to be empathetic towards others and will not tolerate any negativity. In both positions my main goal is to make everyone feel welcomed and safe. I've learned that's what I wish to do!
