• Maintain mammalian TNBC cell lines using sterile technique
• Perform protein extraction and Western blot analysis to assess TGF-β pathway signaling
• Quantify protein expression and phosphorylation using densitometry
• Contribute to experiments evaluating how IGFBP4 influences invasive signaling pathways
• Assist in establishing siRNA-mediated knockdown experiments to test gene function

Project: Integrated stress response activation following lysosomal damage

• Cultured mammalian cells and induced lysosomal stress under controlled conditions
• Designed and executed time-course experiments measuring eIF2α phosphorylation
• Performed protein extraction and Western blotting to quantify stress response activation
• Used densitometry to analyze signaling changes and interpret timing of ISR activation
• Contributed data supporting early activation of cellular stress pathways following organelle damage
