- I trained two AAs one was a PA and one was a MA, to the PA I taught her how to do everything from problem solve how to clean the floor to lower the PS counts, how to do the piles I taught her everything from problem solve. MA I gave training on how to do stow.

- I do PILES (problem solve ) I run problem solve with more then 36 AAs from DLISS,DOCK,NON CON, IOL, PS FLOORS.
- As the Leader In Training I coached AAs on their performance; such as their quality of work and their productivity
- I send them their rates, I motivated them; I help them i make moves to see who needs more help.
- I take out damaged pallets send it to the VRC and send it down to DL, I organized the EXCEPTIONS AREA.
- I do the staffing to for the team, for they know the next day where they need to go.
- I running the floors too, and the North side.
