- I have been in the food and Beverage industry for over 20 years.
- I ran a smoothie spot for 1 year and worked there for 12 years as a general manager. My responsibilities included delegating tasks to 6-8 employees at a time. Next, I would do the banking once a week. Inventory for all produce and store products, and I would send the inventory sheets to my CFO.
- I would have a weekly conference call with employees to discuss quotas and goals. This was from 2003 to 2015.
- I traveled to Stockholm, Sweden, for work as a server at a Thai restaurant for 6 months. From 2017-2018.
- I work doing gig work like Postmates, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, and Shipt on and off from 2015 to present.
- Sammy's woodfire Pizza did from 2018-2023. I worked as a dishwasher, food prep, and I work the line as a line cook for Peruvian food, Breakfast, and a Salad cook, pizza. Later, I moved from the back of the house and became a server. I worked nights and mornings. I would open the store in the morning a couple of times a week. Lastly, I was a personal trainer at 24-hour fitness for 6 months. I ran a small business on the side of that for about 1 year. From 2021-2022.
