Supported research, content development, operational execution, equity analysis, and portfolio management critical to the daily execution and growth of the Chief Investment Office (CIO). Worked cross-functionally with senior leadership, Marketing, and external partners to deliver high-impact, client-facing initiatives.

• Led the NextGen program, expanding CIO client engagement with a focus on reaching a younger demographic. Oversaw the NextGen Webinar Series, coordinating agenda development, asset manager participation, advisor outreach, event logistics, and serving as a speaker. Contributed to the development of the annual NextGen Financial Summit, designed to engage and retain UHNW clients.
• Co-created and designed the NextGen Investor Handbook, which became the CIO office’s most widely distributed publication (3,500+ copies in six months).
• Provided direct executive support to the CIO, managing scheduling, materials, and logistics for 3+ client-facing events per week, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality client experience.
• Supported the Stifel Choice Equity Portfolios, a client offering with over $15B in assets under management. Conducted daily equity research across 25+ holdings, supporting portfolio analysis, idea generation, and investment decision-making for internally managed ETF and mutual fund strategies.
• Owned and managed CIO office publications, supporting the research, writing, and ongoing development of the Stifel Insights platform. Worked cross-functionally with Marketing to produce a full cadence of CIO-branded client content across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timelines.

Assisted CIO office with investment research, client materials, and event logistics, establishing foundational experience for transition into full-time CIO role post graduation.

• Gained exposure to working with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, including discretion and communication around sensitive financial topics.
• Supported equity research by evaluating high-conviction investment ideas, incorporating fundamental analysis, macroeconomic conditions, and consumer behavioral trends.
• Assisted in the organization of client events at Morgan Stanley headquarters, supporting logistics coordination and content preparation.
