Sophia Fernandez

I have a duality in people skills as well as a drive to get things done in an efficient manner. In high school, I excelled in academics and extracurriculars. I was held positions in student government, I received my Girl Scout Gold Award, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Award for advocacy. Also, I took Journalism for four years and was inducted into the Journalism National Honors Society. I was our social media specialist, featuring school events on Instagram and Twitter. All the while maintaining high academic standing. In addition to academic achievements, I also won most likely to make you laugh in the eighth and twelfth grade as well as other merit awards. At work, I employ my skills by making peers feel comfortable with a friendly personality and reinforcing that comfortability by being dependable with projects. I have a passion for learning new skills and yearn to surpass expectations.
