As an Admissions Officer at my school, I play a pivotal role in shaping the incoming class of freshmen. This application season, I meticulously reviewed a diverse range of applications to determine the best fit for our community. It's an empowering responsibility, especially as I'm about to graduate and contribute to the future of my school.

Throughout this process, I've been mindful of the inherent advantages in the American school system, as well as the reality that not everyone has equal access to resources. This has fueled my passion for providing more opportunities to individuals who may not have previously considered private education.

I take pride in my role, knowing that each decision I make has a meaningful impact on the lives of our students and the culture of our school. I'm committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive community, where every student has the chance to thrive and succeed.

As the Head Youth Volunteer for Project 351, a state-wide non-profit organization, I've been deeply involved with my community since my middle school years. Over time, I've earned more responsibility and now oversee critical events while also recruiting new students. Volunteering is a cornerstone of my life, and I'm proud to contribute to the meaningful work of Project 351.

As a Bakery Team Lead at Praliné, French bakery, I have the unique opportunity to immerse myself in the world of French pastries and culture. I love being able to practice my French while working, and I find it incredibly rewarding to help create delicious patisserie and viennoiserie for our customers. As a team lead, I strive to create a positive and productive work environment for my colleagues. I believe that good leadership is about empowering others and fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work and lead in such a vibrant and dynamic setting.

As an individual passionate about fashion, I launched my own clothing brand, LoveYouToo, three years ago. My focus is on creating innovative designs while also addressing the overconsumption and waste issues that plague the fashion industry. To combat this, I often work with recycled fabrics and limit the number of products made to ensure my designs are not excessive. Finding a balance between pursuing my passion for art and recognizing my responsibility for waste and environmental impact has been challenging. However, I am committed to creating beautiful, sustainable fashion that contributes positively to our world.

As an ice cream scooper and manager at the only completely allergy-friendly ice cream parlor in New England, my role was to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for customers with dietary restrictions. I started as a summer employee and worked your way up to manager, learning crucial management and organizational skills along the way. My experience taught you about severe food restrictions that I was previously unaware of, emphasizing the importance of having options for those with dietary restrictions. I enjoyed serving your community and volunteering to make ice cream at events, further solidifying your passion for providing allergy-friendly options and empathy for all. I ensured that the ice cream parlor was a safe space for customers with allergies, managing inventory, training staff on allergy protocols, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

As a kayak instructor at a state park lake, my job was to provide safe and enjoyable kayak tours while educating participants about nature conservation. I taught kayaking techniques, led guided tours, and highlighted the importance of preserving natural habitats. My goal was to inspire participants to become advocates for the environment and take action to protect our planet.
