I manage office inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies were available while minimizing waste and unnecessary spending. I handle sensitive information discreetly, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times as required by company policy or legal regulations. I call Franchisees to do biweekly check ins. I offer support in the areas of sales and marketing.

The role and responsibility of my position consisted of greeting customers, and putting them in the Mindbody POS system. I was on base and commission, so selling packages to the parents was where I excelled. The gym's main focus is to provide an inclusive space where special needs children and their families could play and connect. I would also provide one to one care for children who were non verbal.
