
I've worked at Starbucks full time with the same team for around a year and a half now. I'm proud to say I'm the barista people go to with questions, and my managers put me in a leadership position majority of my shifts. I have a strong connection with most of my peers, but still know how to separate that from my position professionally. I've learned how to adapt with different customers, and still make their experience positive even with each of their preferences being vastly different. I try my best to suit their needs and always make the moment right
I've recently won Partner Of the Quarter this most recent vote, and plan to promote within the company when I'm 18!! I've trained multiple baristas, and will be training another in two weeks!! I enjoy my job, and love to see the joy on customers faces after a happy interaction and would love to bring that energy to any other career I go. I'm working towards my first degree in psychology, and working in customer service helps develop my knowledge on assisting many people.
