Patient care and safety are my priorities, which I take earnestly. I possess a calm nature during stressful events and throughout my clinicals I have learned over the short span of time to conquer what needs to be prioritized first. Maintaining sterility and organization is a skill I have acquired and will contain to grow on as I gain more experience. I have familiarity with general surgery equipment and specialized equipment. Teamwork is what I thrive in and I look forward to working on a team and helping one another. My communication skills and listening skills has helped me anticipate surgeries. My drive and hunger will lead me to absorb as much knowledge as I can. It will continue to help me grow as an individual and to help others.
My four months of clinicals at Cedars-Sinai, is my only experience for the role of a surgical technologist.
