Sophia Sholock

I am a highly motivated, fast learner who loves to excel in everything I do. I am highly organized with great people skills, and very results driven. I like to challenge myself with AP and honor classes throughout high school. I also enjoy keeping busy with many activities and athletics as well as holding down a part time job. It is an extraordinary honor to be considered as a candidate for the National Honor Society. Being considered means I have achieved my goals in school and outside of school- and my willingness to help people in my community. I believe that I possess the four characteristics of a National Honor Society member- leadership, service, character, and scholarship.

-Varsity Cheer 2021-2025

I have cheered for football and basketball, made senior signs, and participated in all pep rally’s.

-Marching Band 2020-2025

I have attended practices, halftime shows, parades, and band trips. I am also the secretary for the band.

-Concert band 2021-2024

I have attended practices and participated in the winter and spring concert.

-School Musicals 2020-2024

I have auditioned and was a part of the Wizard of Oz, Willy Wonka, Guys and Dolls and Frozen Jr either as part of the ensemble or a character.

-Tri M Honor Society member-2024

I attend meetings, come up with fundraising and community involvement activities. I am the Historian for the club as well.

-Sadd member 2021-2025

I have participated in the mock prom disaster, helped out at dances, attended meetings, and be a good role model.

-Track and field 2023-2025

I attended all conditioning and practices. Competed in Shotput, Javelin, and Discus.

-Youth Cheer Coaching 2022-2025

I help at all the practices and games. I also attend the end of year banquet.

-Relay for Life 2021-2025

I have been involved in fundraising and organizing the booth. Contributing items for sell. I have also been the team captain.

-Vacation Bible School 2024

I helped out for the week with the children planning and organizing the activities and games. I also contributed to the show they had too.

-Food Bank Volunteer 2024-2025

I go once a month and help get the food ready and sorted and bagged for the people who need it.
