I am a first-year player for the Umass Boston women's basketball team. I came in off an ALC injury, played significant minutes, and made an impact on and off the court. I faced much adversity throughout my injury and having to prove myself as a first-year player. I learned team building and chemistry can help on the court just as much off the court. I learned how hard work can help you reach your goals even if you don't see the progress immediately. I built friendships to last a lifetime and memories to last even longer.
