Summary

I have had three years of experience in customer service, and many more in the area of communication and volunteering in a church setting. I have learned the importance of clear communication in a work place, and I value relationships strongly. I find it extremely important to have friendships with co-workers, and healthy respect for those who are above me. I believe that customer service includes doing everything you can for the customer- as long as it does not go beyond the company's code. Although I have had a variety of types of jobs, working in a coffee shop has been my favorite. I enjoy creating drinks that people like, and I love the relationships I build along the way with the customers.
