• High call volume service, around 70,000 calls per year, mostly 911 responses with some transfers
• Heavy mix of both critical medical calls and critical trauma calls
• Frequent use of IV pump infusions, ventilators as well as typical ALS skills
• Experience as a sole Paramedic on a ambulance working with a EMT partner.

• Mostly Rural EMS service with extensive protocols and long transport times, often with a critical patient
• Frequent use of ventilators, IV pumps, Rapid Sequence induction assisted intubation
• Excellent training system that includes frequent training on rarely used skills such as Cricothyrotomy, RSI, Childbirth and more.

• Served as a EMT and Paramedic in a ER and level 1 Trauma center
• Ability to see a variety of patient’s and skills that are not always seen working on an ambulance.

Primarily Rural EMS service, 24 hour shifts. Learned how to be a functional EMT on a ambulance while in Paramedic school.
