Leadership Team member in a group of 7 high level leaders across the company. This group was responsible for connecting our employees to resources and programs offered by Valvoline to support our Veterans. Led Michigan Specific Market Chapter to meetings, events, and volunteered with Veteran Specific with VA hospitals, and other private groups to provide support within the communities we served. Cross collaboration with other resources groups inside of Valvoline. Pilot Test Groups- Led multiple projects in my area over the past 2 years. Superpro Process change management, my team was trusted to lead and test 5 major changes to our process in which we service vehicles. 60 days or consecutive rollout, transition away from the old process, provide live feedback to the training and development team. This led to overall improved speed of service and safer operations for our team members. WorkDay Scheduling Tool, My team led a pilot test for new software launch in which was designed to improve our labor targets, reduce management time away from floor for schedule creation and auditing, improve staffing coverages and overlaps. Provide real time feedback to vendor teams and Senior leadership of development on errors, progress and recommend real changes.
