Responsible for supporting over 800 students, 70 staff members and 900 devices at assigned school location.
Utilizes online ticketing system to prioritize and organize tickets, as well as asset management for student/staff devices as well as different classroom technologies.
Averages approximately 150 tickets completed per month with an average rating of 5/5 from ticket completion surveys.
