- Utilize AS400 and Excel to organize barrel inventory, track liquid supply, and record all the above-mentioned transactions for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau documentation.
- Leading a project to redesign and rework the blending and batching system to be more efficient, safer, and cost-effective.
- Working on a 'Bottle Your Own' program with a universal label design that will allow our team to create new and innovative products, connect with customers, and increase revenue on any selected product.
- Pull and create sample blends, set them up for sensory analysis, schedule and record sensory and tasting notes sessions, and run our proofing still, densitometer amongst other lab equipment.
