After depending on if flipping tables and lines was needed I assisted breaking down the tables and putting them away. Claims issues had to be well documented as efaxes were received notated and referred to supervisors and account managers. Billing calls and payments were the easiest calls. Compassion was key when calls for life insurance claims were received. Most of my calls seemed to be regarding umbrella/catastrophic claims calls for life threatening illnesses.
