Role : ETL developer & Functional Tester

Description:

Played a pivotal role as a Functional Tester within a project, where my responsibilities included comprehensive testing of all Policy Transactions and UAT scenarios. Skillfully executed various transaction types, always mindful of the nuanced intricacies related to State and Line of Business considerations. Subsequently, advanced to the Production Team, taking on the mantle of an ETL Developer. In this capacity, my primary focus centered on navigating diverse databases for Policy profiling, orchestrating the seamless loading of policies into the Policy Center with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Requirements Analysis: Gathered and analyzed all business and onshore requirements, proficiently profiling policies to align with specified criteria.

· ODM Scenario Execution: Executed all ODM scenarios on various policies and conducted Smoke tests post-deployment, ensuring the integrity of the system.

· Functionality Testing: Took ownership of Functionality Testing for each sprint, coordinating seamlessly with the team to maintain rigorous testing standards.

· Project Scope Definition: Defined the scope of work, meticulously breaking it down into manageable modules to enhance project efficiency.

· Documentation: Added comprehensive documentation to meet project needs, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

· Data Loading and Refreshing: Assumed ownership of Data Loading and Refreshing to Databases in each sprint, contributing to the seamless flow of data processes.

· Jira Ticket Management: Effectively worked on Jira tickets assigned, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.

· Informatica PowerCenter Management: Managed and monitored Informatica PowerCenter job workflows, ensuring optimal performance.

· Database Tools: Utilized both Toad and Oracle applications proficiently for database-related tasks.

· AWD Message Handling: Worked on AWD messages in Policy Center, addressing tasks generated within the system.

· Collaboration: Collaborated with the Onsite Team to address and resolve Production defects promptly.
