During this tenure my experience comprises below activities

• Designed and manufactured Interior and Exterior wall panels, Ceilings using CNC Router Machine.
• Designed and manufactured doors and cots with complex designs and shapes.
• Operated a CNC machine to manufacture complex parts with a high degree of accuracy
• Developed high-quality CNC programs by utilizing CAD and CAM software. Used CAM softwares (Master-CAM, ART-CAM) to give the machinery specific molds and design that will cut the raw material in required shape.
• Gathered few samples of the processed materials and conduct their quality analysis. Checked compliance of the sample with determined design, quality and properties.

Akshaya Engineer Industries is a small scale Manufacturing unit which manufactures various industrial spare parts, dies, molds for car headlights and interior lighting, valves, flanges, gears, and gearboxes.

• Programmed and operated CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts with minimal defects. Operated CNC machines to produce precision parts, dies and molds for various components with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability
• Utilized CAM softwares (Master-CAM, Dell-CAM) to design and optimize CNC programs & for creation of detailed part designs, improving final product quality.
