At hoffman I became a bell man we were in charge of working with mobile and stationary cranes to set wall panels and mobilization of all tools and equipment. Learned rigging and radio communication all job site safety's and procedures.

Here we learned to work in clean room environment. With certifications in Icra and clean room work we were responsible for maintaining the over head robot system using mechanical equipment to build track for mobilization of microchips in the plant . We would use lock out tag out methods to safely remove and replace systems
