  • Supported leadership training operations: Including enrollments, completions, wait lists, eligibility, virtual and onsite trainings.
  • Training classes for directors and above consisted of one all day in-person opening training, approximately 4 weeks of peer learning (which consisted of approximately 2 hours every week of the peer group that met at the in-person training agreeing on a problem statement and presenting a one slide PowerPoint presentation). Final closing training is a 2-hour virtual call with all the peer groups presenting their presentation to the training cohort. The trainings were based on our leadership model which consisted of 4 quadrants Results leadership, Thought leadership, People leadership, and Personal leadership.
  • An average enrollment of participants was approximately 50 participants for onsite and virtual trainings.
  • Enrollment was sent out to approximately 200 directors and above and enrollment was full within 24 hours.
  • Executed virtual calls via Webex and MS Teams, overseeing music, presentation slides, transitions, breakout rooms, and chat communications.
  • Trainings classes offered for supervisors, managers and senior managers averaged enrollment of participants was approximately 80 leaders.
  • Training classes for supervisors, managers, and senior managers consisted of a 2-day in-person training which covered leadership fundamentals. How to give feedback, communications, annual review ratings, and situational leadership on online vendor provided training that we purchased and assigned to the enrolled participants approximately 4 weeks before the in-person training start date for the participants to complete.
  • Leadership on-boarding training was offered to newly hired or promoted leaders from superviser to Vice-President.
  • Training consisted of a 3-hour virtual training and covered our leadership model and some leadership fundamentals not covered in the previous training mentioned.
  • Produced virtual training via Webex.
  • Individual Contributor training was offered and was based upon job level 3 groups of training sessions were offered.
  • Enrollment ranged from 90 to 300 participants if 300 participants were enrolled multiple sessions were scheduled with the average maximum enrollment of 150 per session.
  • All training was done virtual and consisted of 5 training sessions: 1-hour on-boarding, 1 hour each 3 discussion trainings and a 3-hour virtual summit closing.
  • Online courses were assigned to each participant and consisted of videos, articles and Ted Talks and each discussion trainings were based upon the assigned courses.
  • Facilitated virtual calls using Webex for training sessions.
  • All trainings were surveyed and based on Kirkpatrick model, level 1 survey score for the question ‘this training was a worthwhile investment of my time’ averaged 97%-99%.
  • Tracked training budget for directors and above, monitoring expenditures for venue, catering, hotel, airfare, supplies, and printing to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Beginning of each year was given a training budget for directors and above training and tracked against budget. Each year consistently remained under budget, which allowed us to spend on other training needs.
  • Initiated SOWs on a yearly basis by managing draft SOW, working with vendor, and working with Procurement to start contract and PO process.
  • Yearly SOWs were linked to yearly budget spend. Needed to meet yearly to see if the SOW needed to be amended or not needed for the first following year.
  • Administered LMS (Absorb, SumTotal) by creating courses, enrolling participants, tracking drops, and managing completions. Supported and created reporting.
  • All leadership training was tracked using the LMS. Which showed completions for all leadership. Courses were entered within 3 days of finished completion of course.

Internal Communications Event Coordinator
