Job Responsibilities:
• Achieving productivity and expertise managing a pipeline through the entire sales cycle.
• Efficiently respond to inbound sales inquiries and set appointments for qualified leads.
• Perform outbound cold calling to identify potential sellers of less than perfect homes and third-party referral groups.
• Accurately present MarketPro Homebuyer’s value proposition to prospective customers and handle and overcome objections.
• Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in your pipeline.
• Conduct competitor research to become familiar with the market and adjust messaging as needed.
• Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management and expect regular accountability meetings with company owners.
