Staci Baker

Currently, I hold a full-time position at St. Joseph Outpatient Surgery Center in Phoenix, Arizona as a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have held this position for nearly three now. While I primarily work in PreOp, I am cross trained to PACU as well as Pre Assessment. Prior to my move to Arizona, I had been a CNA2 at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon for 7 years in their General Surgery department. In this span of time, I have worked with many individuals from all levels of society. As well as gained a vast knowledge in medical procedures, pre and post operation. This career has presented me with many challenges, taught me how to be a critical thinker as well as what it means just to be human and provide a caring hand. I am a graduate from Sumner College LPN program and currently hold licensure in the states of Oregon and Arizona. During my time at Sumner College, I completed 210 practicum hours at West Side Surgery Center in Tigard, Oregon working through the LPN scope of practice. I am seeking a position that will help me expand on my skills and knowledge.
