- I was responsible for running my own exam room for a little over three years
- I had to communicate clearly with the owner and the veterinarian on duty about what the client (the pet) needed
- I had less than 30 minutes to take vitals and have everything ready for the veterinarian and then communicate what was needed for that appointment
- I had to have blood drawn and/or fecal test running so test results could be ready for the veterinarian as well
- There were times that I had to help at the Animal Shelter and follow strict SOP’s for cage cleaning and sanitation.
