I have a background specializing in finance and sales with extensive knowledge of reviewing credit for potential fraud and ability to pay. I have many years of experience with customer service, the ability to resolve problems by thinking outside the box and making sound decisions that assist customers while continuing to be a good business decision for the employer.
Other experience consists of lending, extending from unsecured loans to real estate, with the majority of the experience in the auto industry. Other past experience consists of working in the banking industry, retail, and marketing and advertising.

I specialize in reviewing subprime credit applications for risk, potential fraud, and the customers ability to pay and fulfill the term of the agreement when offered credit. I review credit reports and verify documents prior to funding. Assist with training new hires, maintaining and building relationships with customers and dealers, as well as making sound decisions on loans that are outside normal approval guidelines. I also continue to stay up to date on state and federal guidelines regarding lending policies with monthly education courses, applying new or updated laws in our day to day functions, and assist with keeping the department on course with any changes or updates. I run the top numbers in the department averaging over 150 apps per day with time in between transactions under 3 minutes per application.
Prior to my current position I worked as a supervisor in our collections department managing on average 10 employees at a time. While meeting or exceeding our collection goals most months of the year. This position included training new employees, working on past due accounts, and focusing on areas of improvement for the department.
While working at Citifinancial some of the responsibilities included reviewing and signing off on loans prior to funding. Offering and extending credit to qualified applicants, tracking down and sending out notices on delinquent accounts, and preparing legal documents for court. I also trained new employees and assisted in other offices when needed.
Other daily activities included contacting new or existing customers to extend credit services or offer assistance to get open accounts up to date, answering phones, and reviewing credit reports and files for complete and accurate information.
