Responsible for gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects and system requirements. Together with a team - implemented the the Project Portfolio Management Software project. On a day to day basis, I used communication, analytical, problem solving and organization change skills to help maximize the benefits of IT Investments.

Documented business needs, translated needs into requirements, created necessary documentation to oversee and manage projects. Handle project issues and close projects as they were successfully implemeted.

Coordinated all aspects of a 1.2 million dollar grant program.

• Established and maintained electronic files for grant-funded projects for tracking and reporting.
• Answered questions from staff about grant funded programs for fiscal and programmatic compliance matters.
• Managed post-award services and oversaw state and federal grant awards for compliance with uniform guidance and grant-specific requirements.
• Conducted routine compliance reviews of grant programs.
