• Started in October 2021 as a Club outfitter , I was involved in all aspects of CLUB during that time , From Pitching CLUB , Which I was the Top Outfitter in the Centerville Oh Store. for 2 years
• In 2022 I had 1,188 Applications and in 2023 I had 1,164 Applications and in 2024 I had around 300 Applications. I left Cabela's in May of 2024 for 6 months as I was asked to come back to Chrysler Dodge dealership to train new technicians, Then in November of 2024 I returned to Centerville Cabela's in the Greeter position which I am in currently, In 2025 I had 265 Applications and so far in 2026 I have over 200 Applications from the Greeter position ,
• In addition I printed over 1,800 new Cabela's Club cards from 2021-2024 , And printed many temporary shopping passes and took many payments .2021-2024
• I understand the value of the Club Card and the Metrix that makes a Club program successful. App to Trans needs to be around 3.0% , I know the value of Authorized Users , And First Day usage needed and understand about the Special Events that Club does for members several times a year and I have worked many of those events ,
• I have help train several Cabela's employees about how to

During my over 30 years with Theis Autmotive I served as Manager of 2 of the companies 3 Locations.

I was responsible for the day to day operation of both of the Locations in Grand Island Ne, In addition to being a Lead Technician in both Shops , I was responsible for ordering parts , and supplies , Interviewing and recommending future employees to the ownership of the company , And removal of 2 employees who were caught with theft from the company , I was also Responsible for bank deposits and a Budget for each shop ,

In 2013 I left the Company to pursue a new opportunity with a Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer in Ohio as I had family and friends in Ohio and My parents had both passed and Janet's parents were both passed also
